The Evening Hatch Guide Service has worked hard to insure its quality of service. We have been fortunate to be featured in various national publications, videos and books. We were featured in the October 1996 issue of Western Fly Fishing, quoted in the 1999 book, Guide to Washington Fly fishing by Greg Thomas. In 1994 we were also highlighted by Charlie Meck in his book Great Rivers and Great Hatches - after fishing with him and Dave Engerbretson on the Yakima while shooting a video for Kodak and Rand McNally. In 2000, we were featured on ESPN2 in a format called Destination Outdoors: A No Boundaries Experience. The Evening Hatch hosted Reel Guys from ESPN2 in September, 2001 and this two part feature aired in the Fall of 2002. In March of 2003 we hosted  King 5's Northwest Backroads on the Yakima and this feature has aired numerous times.   The Yakima River and The Evening Hatch have been featured in the Seattle PI, Tacoma News Tribune and the New York post in full page layouts.  Recently, we have filmed quite a few episodes in Washington on various watersheds for a new show named  "Seasons of the Fly" which is schedule to air on Fox Sports in 08. In addition, we filmed a show for The Outdoor Channel in 2007 on the Yakima.
