Winter steelhead fishing requires effort. When someone goes to the Yucatan in search of Permit, their expectations on catching multiple fish daily are not high…. The same can be said with steelhead. Just because you are paying someone to guide you for, Steelhead, Permit, Trout, Peacock Bass etc, etc, etc, does not mean that there will be ample fish on the end of your line. Lots of things play into the picture….including EFFORT.
