A native of Washington, Teresa has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including roles as general manager for hotel operation, camp cook, banquet cook and bartender. Her administrative background paired with her experience as a sous-chef combined with to make her an effective force for supporting overall kitchen operations
Wes is a native of Northern Caliofornia and professional chef with over 20 years of experience working in restaurants and resorts in Idaho, Montana, Washington, and Wyoming. He’s held positions in almost every role possible in a restaurant, including executive chef, sous-chef, kitchen manager and server. Wes honed his skills preparing banquet menus, catering weddings, running kitchens with the goal of producing the highest quality food while ensure food safety standards.
